Our Team

At Oasis IRIS, we are a small, expert-led team working at the intersection of science, innovation, and immersive storytelling. We specialise in creating bespoke, high-impact experiences — from VR simulations to short films and interactive tools — that help people understand, feel, and respond to complex challenges like humanitarian and climate risk, disaster resilience, and systemic global change.

We’re not a big media company. Instead, we offer something rare: direct access to a highly experienced team with backgrounds in science communication, documentary filmmaking, immersive technology, and strategic innovation. With us, your project won’t be lost in layers of account management — you’ll work directly with the people shaping the ideas and delivering the work.

Our clients value the blend of agility, focus, and depth we bring. We’ve worked across global media, research institutions, humanitarian organisations, and cutting-edge creative industries — and we bring that diversity of perspective to every project.

We don’t do off-the-shelf unless specified. We work closely with each client to design tailored solutions that are bold, emotionally engaging, and grounded in real-world insight. Whether you're a local authority building public awareness, an insurer exploring new ways to communicate risk, an NGO looking to increase humanitarian action, or a research consortium with results to share, we shape every experience to your audience and goals.

With Oasis IRIS, you get more than just a creative service — you get a trusted partner who’s as invested in your mission as you are. We combine rigour with imagination, craft with care, and always deliver with impact.
