Our Team

At Oasis IRIS, we are a small, expert-led consultancy working at the intersection of climate adaptation, disaster resilience, science communication, innovation and immersive technologies. We help organisations communicate complex challenges, engage stakeholders and maximise the impact of research and innovation through strategic communications, dissemination, exploitation, science communication, immersive experiences and creative storytelling.

Our expertise spans strategic communications, dissemination, exploitation, stakeholder engagement, science communication, innovation uptake and immersive content production for research, innovation and international development programmes. We have extensive experience supporting Horizon Europe projects alongside organisations working in climate adaptation, disaster resilience, humanitarian action and environmental change. From VR simulations and interactive experiences to strategic communications, films and digital engagement, we develop tailored solutions that help organisations translate complex evidence into action.

We're not a large agency. Instead, we offer direct access to a highly experienced team with backgrounds in environmental science, international development, science communication, documentary filmmaking, immersive technology and innovation.

Our clients value the combination of strategic thinking, scientific understanding and creative delivery we bring. We've worked with European research consortia, research institutions, humanitarian organisations, public authorities, insurers and the creative industries, helping them communicate complex risks, strengthen stakeholder engagement and maximise the impact of their work.

Whether you're coordinating an international research or innovation project, building public preparedness, communicating climate and disaster risk, developing innovative tools or sharing research results, we work closely with you to design solutions that are evidence-based, engaging and tailored to your audiences.

With Oasis IRIS, you gain more than a creative supplier - you gain a trusted partner committed to helping research, policy and innovation create meaningful real-world impact.
