We partner with those who want to inspire awareness, action, and resilience in the face of climate change and humanitarian and disaster risks - shaping a more sustainable future together.
Oasis leads the communications, dissemination, and exploitation strategy for the DIRECTED Project - a €5.5 million Horizon Europe project focused on disaster resilience.
Our role involved supporting a consortium of seventeen partners - including local disaster management authorities, universities, NGO’s, research institutions, and tech SMEs - to develop and deliver tailored communication, dissemination and business development strategies for a range of organisations developing disaster risk data, models and consensus building tools.
As part of this work, we collaborated closely with disaster risk authorities in Italy and Germany to create an immersive VR educational experience focused on Flood safety and are currently working on a new Wildfire safety experience.

Case Study Development comparing European extreme floods
We also developed a powerful, story-led case study exploring two of the most significant flood events in recent European history - Emilia-Romagna and Rhine-Erft, designed to inform, engage, and build public resilience.

Complex storytelling
As a part of DIRECTED we developed and delivered a multi-part webinar series as part of the DIRECTED Horizon Europe project, bringing together researchers, public authorities and practitioners across Europe. The series focused on translating complex climate risk data, governance approaches and tools into practical insight for real-world application. Oasis IRIS led the concept, structure and delivery, including speaker coordination and moderation, with an emphasis on creating engaging, discussion-led sessions that support knowledge exchange and uptake.
