Oasis IRIS led the communications, dissemination, and exploitation strategy for DIRECTED - a €5.5 million Horizon Europe project focused on disaster resilience.
Our role involved supporting a consortium of seventeen partners — including local authorities, universities, research institutions, and tech SMEs — to develop and deliver tailored communication and business development strategies.
As part of this work, we collaborated closely with disaster risk authorities in Italy and Germany to create an immersive VR educational experience focused on flood safety. This included the development of a powerful, story-led case study exploring two of the most significant flood events in recent European history, designed to inform, engage, and build public resilience.
